Karine Sarkissian

  • Karine believes that design is a way of life. Designer and Design Strategist by background, Karine has extensive experience in social innovation for urban and economic development initiatives. She is founding partner at Tamar Capital and Le Studio co-lead, where she supports our portfolio with brand development and product market fit. She is passionate about the ocean, and spends much of her time in nature and taking on creative projects.

  • Sophie is our impact expert. She is passionate about using finance as a tool for social and environmental change, and she co-leads Le Studio. Sophie had 15 years experience in the VC space, she has lived in Asia, Latam, and Europe, and loves to discover cultures and places. You can always find her curled up with a book and enjoys analog photography.

  • The program is adaptable to your timeframe. Some people speed through to the content that they need, while others prefer to work through each sprint weeks at a time. Each sprint highlights exercises that encourage you to collaborate with your team, go out in the field, and test the tools in real life. The time you spend implementing the tools will be directly tied to results. Note that each sprint is given a suggested timeframe to use as a guide.

  • The PRO program allows you to dive deep and to reach your growth metrics, faster and more efficiently. You’ll have access to many founder-approved tools and catered content for young and advanced founders. In addition, you will receive customized coaching sessions with our experts.
