Alex West Steinman is the co-founder of The Coven and is passionate about helping women achieve economic empowerment. She has held various positions in PR and communication strategy, and has been recognized for her work both locally and nationally. Alex loves spending time with her family and enjoys the company of people in general.
Bethany Iverson, on the other hand, spent 12 years leading the Strategy discipline at space150, an agency renowned for its tech-forward work. Her passion for equity and justice has been featured in publications like Ad Age and AdWeek. She raised nearly $1 million to fuel The Coven's expansion and completed the Launch Accelerator in San Francisco. Bethany loves her dog, Coupon, and holds degrees in Entrepreneurial Studies and Rhetoric, Scientific and Technical Communication. Together, Alex and Bethany strive to create an equitable world through The Coven.
