Impact Investing: From Family Office to leading with vALUES I Guillaume Taylor

Guillaume Taylor graduated from Boston University. In 2002, he became a partner of de Pury Pictet Turrettini & Co. Ltd (www.ppt.ch), an independent asset and wealth management firm where he oversaw sustainable finance for private clients. He founded Quadia in 2010 (www.quadia.ch).
Since 2000, Guillaume’s activities have been concentrated on responsible investing.


Remarkably, Guillaume was a board member of ECLOF International (www.eclof.org), one of the oldest microfinance institutions in the world. Guillaume is also a co-founder of Sustainable Finance Geneva (www.sfgeneva.org). Guillaume was a member of the Steering Committee of WWF International’s Campaign for a Living Planet (www.wwf.panda.org). He was also a member of Firmenich’s Sustainability Advisory Council (www.firmenich.com) and he was a member of the board of the Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (www.gainhealth.org).Currently, Guillaume is CEO of Hanaku AG (www.hanaku.ch), a Basel based asset management company active in small-scale sustainable infrastructure in the areas of the sanitation economy, renewable energy, real-estate, and life sciences. He is also a Principal at Umbutu CH, an organization providing financial and sustainability support to companies and institutions whose products and services are driving common good across entire value chains. He is vice-president of ASE INFRA Partners (www.ase-infra.com). Guillaume sits on the board of Astanor’s (www.astanor.com) investment funds.


Guillaume presides the investment committee of BACoMaB (www.bacomab.org), a UK based nature conservation trust fund, and sits on its board.
