Aligning personal values to investment performance

Kim Kolt is a founding General Partner at Bay Bridge Ventures’ Institutional Impact Fund.  Investment categories include climate technologies, health innovation, and inclusive capital. Previously, she was the Founder & President of For Good Ventures, a top performing family-backed impact VC fund which supports disruptive, exceptional technologies benefiting humanity and the environment.

Prior to For Good Ventures, Kim worked at Goldman Sachs in their Technology, Media and Telecom Investment Banking Groups in San Francisco and Los Angeles. She obtained her undergraduate degree from Cornell University and received her MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Kim has held designations including USGBC LEED, CCIM, and Series 79 licenses.

Kim is also a board member of Turntide Technologies, Legends of Learning, Neighborhood Sun, and the non-profits Sustainable Ocean Alliance and Venture for America. She is an advisor to other impact-focused companies, funds and nonprofits.  Kim is a partner at Gratitude Railroad, Unreasonable Group, and a member of Nexus, X-Prize, and Astia Angels. Kim is a UPenn Venture Labs Judge, Haas Impact Judge, Berkeley RK Mellon Foundation Judge, and a Summit Fellow.
