Yuliya Tarasava is the COO and Co-founder of CNote, an impact investment platform that invests in women, minorities, and low-income communities across America. With a strong background in risk management and product development, she leverages financial tools to increase economic opportunity. Yuliya also has experience leading quantitative due diligence for mutual funds and co-developing a risk management framework for a portfolio of over $10B in assets. She is a CFA and CAIA charterholder and was selected for Acumen’s Global Fellows program.
