Yuliya Tarasava is the COO and Co-founder of CNote, an impact investment platform that invests in women, minorities, and low-income communities across America. With a strong background in risk management and product development, she leverages financial tools to increase economic opportunity. Yuliya also has experience leading quantitative due diligence for mutual funds and co-developing a risk management framework for a portfolio of over $10B in assets. She is a CFA and CAIA charterholder and was selected for Acumen’s Global Fellows program.

Harry Rappaport, Finance and Strategy at Urchinomics. Harry is passionate about protecting the marine environment and has focused his career on mission-based businesses. He strongly believes in the importance of kelp forests and the responsible use of aquaculture for ecological management and restoration. Prior to joining Urchinomics, he worked at Gratitude Railroad managing the organization's direct investment diligence process and investor base.
