She was the 12th employee of Impossible Foods, where she helped develop the Impossible burger. She has worked as an innovation consultant and Principal with a family office, and is an LP in women-led funds. Her angel investments have all become unicorns. Jessica resides in the Bay Area with her rescue Pom and enjoys swimming in the bay.

Manik Suri, Founder and CEO of Therma. Before founding Therma, Manik co-founded the Governance Lab (GovLab), an innovation center at NYU that develops technology solutions to improve government. He has been recognized amongst the Top 100 Harvard Alumni in Technology, and previously held positions at global investment firm D. E. Shaw & Company and the White House National Economic Council.

Kim Kolt is a founding General Partner at Bay Bridge Ventures’ Institutional Impact Fund, where she invests in climate technologies, health innovation, and inclusive capital. Prior to this, she founded and led For Good Ventures, a family-backed VC fund that supports exceptional technologies benefiting humanity and the environment. Kim is also a board member of several impact-focused companies and non-profits, and is a partner at Gratitude Railroad, Unreasonable Group, and a member of Nexus, X-Prize, and Astia Angels.

Yuliya Tarasava is the COO and Co-founder of CNote, an impact investment platform that invests in women, minorities, and low-income communities across America. With a strong background in risk management and product development, she leverages financial tools to increase economic opportunity. Yuliya also has experience leading quantitative due diligence for mutual funds and co-developing a risk management framework for a portfolio of over $10B in assets. Pierre Giraud is the founder and CEO of Indigo, a Venture Studio focussing on Mental Health and ConsciousTech. Prior to founding Indigo, Pierre had successes as a strategic consultant at Ernst & Young, Founding Partner at Greenflex (greentech startup in Europe, $100M+ revenue), and Founding Partner at Standard Dose (curated e-commerce for holistic wellness) Pierre has worked in NYC, London and Paris and has been practicing Capoeira for the last ten years, ranking as Graduado in 2019.

Urs Naber Co-founder & CMO at Zeit Medical. Urs is a pediatric critical care physician with extensive experience in clinical care and research at Dartmouth and Stanford University. He has contributed to the development of several pediatric medical devices and has worked with a med-tech focused private equity company in Shanghai and Beijing. As the CMO of Zeit Medical, Urs manages operations, patient & clinical relationships, and the regulatory path while maintaining a clinical role in the pediatric critical care unit of Valley Children's.
